Security Officer
Frontline security officers are the face of RSF Guards on every client site. You will staff posts, run patrols, manage visitors, and write daily incident reports. Training is paid, scheduled, and built into your first 80 hours on the team.
Responsibilities
- Staff posted-officer locations and run scheduled patrols
- Manage visitor sign-in and access escalation
- Write daily incident reports with photo evidence
- De-escalate disputes and respond to alarms
- Coordinate with site supervisor and dispatch via radio
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (or willing to obtain)
- Clean background check and drug screen
- Professional appearance and clear communication
- Comfortable with 12-hour shifts and overnight rotations
- Reliable transportation to assigned posts
